Report Menu - Structure
The Structure Menu allows you to modify the layout and presentation of a report.
Using this menu, you can change the report structure and design new reports or charts without affecting the underlying data.
The Structure Menu is located at the top of the report.
Overview of the Structure Menu
The image below shows the Structure Menu. The main functions are numbered and explained in the following sections.
Functions in the Structure Menu
1. Refresh
Reloads the report from the database while keeping the current settings.
Use this function when:

The report structure has been modified.

The mapping has been changed.

The data has been updated.
2. Edit Structure
Opens the window where you can customize the appearance of the report.
Available options include:

Increase the font size.
-
Show or hide grid lines.
-
Show or hide rows and columns without values.
-
Show or hide group mappings.
-
Use English column headers.
After confirming your changes, they are applied immediately to the report.
3. Structure Layout
Opens the Structure Layout window, where you can manage the report structure.
Here you can:

Add or modify sections.

Adjust the report layout.
-
Review the mapping.
After making changes, the report must be refreshed.
4. Design Chartview
Opens the Chartview designer, allowing you to create a Chartview based on the current report.
You can:

Add charts.
-
Insert text boxes.
-
Customize the dashboard layout.
The Chartview can then be saved and used as an interactive dashboard.
After modifying the report structure, the report must be refreshed before the changes become visible. Reports that are already open are not updated automatically.
